Don't expect to get your pizza for at least over an hour, I was flabbergasted when I heard that they don't actually have drivers anymore, they use door dash/Uber drivers that are not screened at all. I don't want my food sitting in somebody front seat while THEIR smoking a blunt. It's freaking bad. So the only positive thing I can say is that the food was good and I can't complain about that.. But I think they need to go back to hiring their own drivers again, so until I see a difference I'm keep the stars where their at. And will change review if they do go back.

Just moved on this side of town from the north side. This papa johns location is terrible. Under cooked, no sauce on the pizza. The employees at this location do not no how to make pizza at all. The Loves Park Location is far better and the employees at this place need to be re trained or replaced. Will continue to go to Loves Park for Papa Johns.

Just got delivery and asked for well done pizza and even put it in the comment section - the stuffed crust pizza was not well done at all it’s like it was only cooked for a minute or 2-placed the my order at 10:25 pm and it said it was going to be delivered at 11:03 (mind you i live about 20 minutes away from this location )and we got 2 different boneless wings - they were so dry and seemed like reheated ? I love papa john’s and never ordered from this location but idk what happened here

Im very disappointed in their food quality. I spent over $30 on two pizzas and an order of Cinnabon. My pizza was not cooked it appeared on the top cooked but the dough was still dough consistency on both pizzas it wasnt just a slice it was the entire pizza. I was so upset I should've called but it was late and was tired and didnt have the energy to blow up. A one star is being nice huge let down little Ceasars does a better job.

I never write bad reviews in fact I go out of my way to provide positive reviews often spotlighting great service and people who offer outstanding service. I pride myself in being a positive local guide. This Papa John’s has consistently messed up my pizza and their general manager who runs that store is extremely rude and argumentative. I ordered a Large Hawaiian and they messed up my order but promised me a quality guarantee pizza. I called in to redeem it and specified my order was to be a Hawaiian pizza and they sent me a Medium half pepperoni and cheese. I let them know that they sent the wrong pizza and the gentleman said there would be a credit for the large Hawaiian under my profile. I called again to get my correct pizza and the lady was kind and assured me she would make the pizza and have it delivered. I shortly thereafter got a call from the extremely rude general manager who told me that I personally ordered the wrong pizza and spent five minutes arguing with me about something their manager had promised me. She then proceeded to tell me that I am a flagged customer who often gets free pizza which first of all I only let them know when they mess up, which is often. I a

Ordered New York style crust and when I got the pizza it was filled with grease, so much so the middle stuck to the box itself, pulled pieces apart and the dough pulled apart on several slices(undercooked). Not the first time and won’t offer a refund for a location that does it consistently. Won’t be ordering from Papa John’s again. Edit: I wanted to come back and show this Papa John’s Location how a New York Style should look like(Dominos FTW!), no grease in the middle! Yes I’m petty, this location needs to do better 🤷🏼‍♂️

On this day, I went to my favorite Papa John's and ordered the new Cool Ranch Philly cheese Papadia...it's a must! Full of comfy flavor baked into their signature crust topped with iconic Cool ranch dorito seasonings. Love it, thank u!

I ordered the pan pizza with spicy Italian sausage. I didn't say light cheese yet I received a pizza with cheese only on half and very few sausage pieces. I reached out to customer service. I hope they respond and are willing to remake this pizza.
